This is a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity operating on a Nightshift schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting complex database issues in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Oracle database environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Execute proactive performance tuning, including query optimization and index management.
- Oversee backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and strict adherence to Disaster Recovery plans.
- Implement and maintain robust database security protocols, including user access management and encryption.
- Manage end-to-end incident and change management processes within established SLAs.
- Perform regular patching and version upgrades to keep systems secure and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and infrastructure deployments.
- Analyze database logs and system metrics to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.
- Proficiency in Oracle Database 12c, 19c, or higher architectures.
- Strong experience with RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters).
- Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting for task automation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues in a production environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on a nightshift schedule.
- Relevant Oracle certification (e.g., OCP) is highly preferred.
