Are you a seasoned Oracle professional looking for your next challenge? Xurpas Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance database solutions that drive our business operations forward.
This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, requiring only two days of onsite collaboration per week at our Taguig City office. You will work alongside talented engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise in PL/SQL and database architecture to optimize our enterprise-level systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical database specifications.
- Optimize and tune complex SQL queries to ensure maximum performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including schemas, mapping documents, and technical process flows.
- Perform regular database performance monitoring and troubleshooting to minimize system downtime.
- Assist in the migration and integration of data across various enterprise platforms.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company data governance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database development (PL/SQL).
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, database modeling, and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, or APEX is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a large-scale production environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and collaborate remotely as needed.
