Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud applications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure Oracle modules (Financials, SCM, HCM) to meet client specifications
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and user training for Oracle systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery timelines
- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization recommendations
- Develop technical documentation and best practice guides
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Fusion implementations
- Strong proficiency in Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM)
- Expert knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database administration
- Experience in business process re-engineering and requirement gathering
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
