Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusion GTM modules to align with global trade policies.
- Partner with logistics, procurement, and order management teams to translate business requirements into functional system design.
- Implement and maintain robust trade screening processes, automated trade controls, and compliance monitoring features.
- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation for all Oracle Fusion enhancements and patch updates.
- Provide expert-level functional support to end-users, ensuring seamless operations across cross-border trade transactions.
- Conduct deep-dive gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and system performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity and adherence to international trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant within Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in Global Trade Management (GTM) modules and trade compliance configurations.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) cycles in a global trade context.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business gaps.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of troubleshooting complex functional issues in ERP systems.
- Professional certification in Oracle Cloud modules is highly preferred.
