IS Professional Services Opc is seeking a professional Oracle Fusion Business Analyst (Procurement) to drive excellence in our supply chain and financial operations. This pivotal role focuses on supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities, ensuring our enterprise systems run at peak performance and align with global best practices.
As our Lead Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, specifically focusing on requisitioning, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline supplier-facing processes and implement rigorous internal controls. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and efficient technical execution, providing the business with the agility it needs in a competitive ICT landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the support and optimization of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, including Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and manage the end-to-end implementation of system updates.
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance measures are integrated within the procurement lifecycle and supplier-facing processes.
- Conduct regular system audits and troubleshooting to resolve production issues and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and documentation for end-users on Oracle Fusion features.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with technical teams for seamless system integrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud / ERP, specifically in Procurement modules.
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and best practices.
- Proven ability to perform functional configurations and system troubleshooting within an Oracle environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to solving complex business problems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Certification is highly preferred.
