As an Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance functional specifications
- Configure, customize, and implement Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, testing, and deployment phases
- Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs to ensure successful adoption
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates and industry best practices in ERP finance
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge transfer and future reference
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials) is highly desirable
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation methodologies (AIM, OUM, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in SQL and basic understanding of technical integration concepts
