Creative Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and strategic Oracle Fusion Functional Lead to oversee our Financials ERP ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end operations, including system enhancements, comprehensive reporting, and major upgrades. You will drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure high user adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring our financial systems align with strategic business goals. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team through complex implementations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategy and execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation and support.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability.
- Design and generate complex financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide expert training and support to end-users to drive adoption and maximize system utilization.
- Conduct system audits and perform gap analysis to recommend best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a functional lead role within Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Assets).
- Proven track record of managing ERP upgrades and process re-engineering projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and guide non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting and data integrity.
