In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering transformative human capital management solutions to our diverse portfolio of international clients.
As part of our Acceleration Center, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM systems. Whether you are an Associate looking to build a foundation or a Senior Associate ready to lead complex workstreams, PwC offers an environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, or Time & Labor) based on client requirements.
- Analyze business processes and provide expert recommendations to improve operational efficiency via Oracle solutions.
- Develop and execute test scripts, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create comprehensive functional design documentation and process maps for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global engagement teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for complex system issues.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and technical standards (for Senior Associate level).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation or functional consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM functional modules and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global work environment.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are highly desirable.
