Collaborate with global clients to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with payroll, benefits, and core HR systems. This role demands deep expertise in time tracking, absence management, and labor compliance to help organizations achieve operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and configure Oracle Time and Labour modules to align with client business requirements
- Lead functional design sessions for time collection, approval workflows, and exception processing
- Develop integration solutions between Time and Labour with payroll and attendance systems
- Conduct comprehensive testing scenarios including daylight saving time and overtime rules
- Provide end-user training and create documentation for system functionality
- Support post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience with Time and Labour specialization
- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant certification required
- Strong understanding of global payroll and labor compliance frameworks
- Experience with implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Proficient in requirement gathering and process mapping techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for client engagement and stakeholder management
