We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Developer to join our dynamic team at Asticom. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom PeopleSoft applications to optimize business processes. You will work extensively with PeopleSoft architecture, including HCM, Financials, and CRM modules, to deliver robust enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQR, and integration tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications while ensuring system security and performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain custom PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode and SQL
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Financials, CRM) to meet business requirements
- Develop and troubleshoot SQR reports, Application Engine programs, and interfaces
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Ensure system integrity through rigorous testing, debugging, and documentation
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing PeopleSoft systems
- Stay updated on PeopleSoft updates and implement new features as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft development
- Strong proficiency in PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, and JavaScript
- Experience with PeopleSoft integration tools and web services
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities for cross-team collaboration
