Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Retail Cloud implementations, including SIOCS, MFPCS, and MFCS modules.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, and test Oracle Retail Cloud solutions to meet client-specific needs and business objectives.
- Provide expert techno-functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle Retail Cloud applications.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including UAT support, to ensure solution quality and integrity.
- Create detailed documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, test plans, and end-user training materials.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide training to client teams on Oracle Retail Cloud functionalities and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven hands-on experience (5+ years) as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle Retail Cloud solutions, specifically SIOCS, MFPCS, and MFCS.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes across inventory management, merchandising, supply chain, and financial planning.
- Demonstrated ability to configure, implement, and support Oracle Retail Cloud modules from a technical and functional perspective.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other relevant scripting/querying languages for data analysis and integration.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration technologies (e.g., RIB, BDI, SOAP/REST APIs) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
