As a Senior Associate, you will lead complex implementation projects, provide technical oversight on security configuration, and serve as a mentor to junior team members. You will be responsible for defining security policies, managing user access controls, and ensuring full compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Security modules.
- Design and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and security provisioning within Oracle Cloud applications.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain compliance and data integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members regarding best practices in Oracle security.
- Develop and document comprehensive security policies and procedures for Oracle environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot security-related incidents and performance bottlenecks.
- Oversee system patches, updates, and configuration changes to ensure optimal security posture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Oracle Security and ERP implementation.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud security architecture and modular configurations.
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance, audit requirements, and global data privacy regulations.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Oracle Certification (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Associate) is highly preferred.
