NCS Group is seeking a visionary and experienced Oracle Solution Architect (Fusion) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this senior role, you will be the technical authority for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, driving digital transformation for our clients across the APAC region. You will lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of Oracle Fusion applications (Financials, SCM, HCM, or ERP). As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with C-level stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to define architectural roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and enforce best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective technical architectures.
- Define integration strategies between Oracle Fusion modules, legacy systems, and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture reviews, security assessments, and performance tuning to ensure solution quality and adherence to standards.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, data models, and deployment diagrams.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion roadmaps and emerging cloud technologies, recommending appropriate innovations.
- Support pre-sales activities by crafting technical proposals, effort estimations, and proof-of-concept presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture and Oracle technologies, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, SCM, HCM, or ERP).
- Recognized Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect, Oracle Fusion Certified Specialist) are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations in large-scale, multi-module environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS), integration patterns (REST, SOA, OIC), and data migration strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in presales, including creating proposals and delivering solution demonstrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering business value through technology.
