- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions
- Architect complex integration ecosystems connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud with enterprise applications and APIs
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on integration best practices and Oracle technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and solution specifications
- Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards across integration platforms
- Drive continuous improvement of integration frameworks and automation processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT integration with 3+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, SCM, or CX modules
- Proven track record leading complex integration projects from conception to delivery
- Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, middleware technologies, and cloud integration patterns
- Certification in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or related Oracle technologies preferred
- Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex integration scenarios
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
