Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end testing lifecycles for Oracle Utilities applications, including CC&B, MDM, and MWM.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional specifications.
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to analyze complex requirements and clarify testing scenarios.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain stable after system updates or patches.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing improvements in QA processes and automation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, with a strong preference for Oracle Utilities (CC&B) experience.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries to validate data integrity within Oracle databases.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting.
