Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately process and input high volumes of customer orders into the ERP/CRM system.
  • Verify order details, including pricing, SKU numbers, shipping addresses, and inventory availability.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate professionally with US-based clients via email or ticketing systems regarding order status or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity by performing regular audits of order entries.
  • Resolve order-related issues such as backorders, shipping delays, or stock inaccuracies promptly.
  • Prepare daily reports on order status and team productivity metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or back-office support for an international account.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common CRM/ERP software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in high-volume data sets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight shipping deadlines.
  • Experience working with US-based retail or wholesale clients is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts aligned with US business hours.
