Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze order data to identify trends, potential delays, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse teams, and sales departments to resolve fulfillment discrepancies.
- Generate regular performance reports regarding order accuracy, cycle times, and service levels.
- Maintain high data integrity within the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory and order tracking.
- Proactively communicate order status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support process re-engineering initiatives to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
