Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring all customer orders are booked accurately in the ERP system.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to schedule timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor order cycle times and identify bottlenecks to ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Verify inventory availability before processing orders and communicate potential stock shortages to the sales team.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to track shipments and resolve any transit-related issues.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports on order status, fulfillment rates, and delivery performance.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy and documentation requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
