Avery Dennison is seeking a proactive Order Fulfillment (Delivery Planner) Executive to join our Semenyih operations team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the critical link between our internal and external warehouses and our customer service department, ensuring seamless order processing and on-time delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate downstream logistics operations between internal production facilities and external warehouse partners.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery planning process, ensuring orders meet customer requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service to communicate order status, shipment tracking, and potential delivery delays.
- Analyze delivery performance metrics and report on fulfillment efficiency to identify bottlenecks.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Resolve order fulfillment discrepancies, including damaged shipments or stock shortages, in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update logistics documentation and systems (ERP) to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively between diverse internal departments and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Knowledge of Malaysian logistics regulations and transport routes is an added advantage.
