Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process and prioritize incoming customer orders through management systems
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overages
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient picking, packing, and shipping
- Generate and maintain shipping documentation (labels, invoices, packing lists)
- Provide real-time order status updates to customers via multiple channels
- Investigate and resolve fulfillment discrepancies with cross-functional teams
- Optimize order processing workflows to reduce handling time
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in order processing or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional attention to detail with error prevention skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in shift-based environment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours
