Tanggung Jawab
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure seamless order delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update order status in the company system
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with US-based team members to support international market operations
- Identify and resolve any issues in the fulfillment process proactively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (entry-level position)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with order management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Flexible schedule availability for Tue-Sat 6:30am-3:30pm working hours
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is considered an advantage
