CompAsia is a leading provider in the certified pre-owned device ecosystem, committed to sustainability and circular economy. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Assistant, Order Fulfilment & Inventory Management to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This is a contract role (renewable) that offers a dynamic environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations.
In this position, you will work hand-in-hand with the Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to keep orders flowing smoothly from placement to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming sales orders accurately within the company's ERP system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and assist in conducting cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve order discrepancies and manage client expectations.
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, returns, and adjustments.
- Assist in generating daily/weekly reports on order status and inventory metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the order fulfilment process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in order fulfilment, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
