Are you a strategic leader with a passion for supply chain optimization? Camel Power is seeking a dedicated Order Fulfilment & Logistics Manager to oversee our operations in the Malay region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the order service department to ensure the normal and orderly development of all business links. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire order management lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all orders.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics personnel, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory, and transportation partners to streamline operations.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within logistics or order fulfilment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
