- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all stages
- Analyze order data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve order-related issues
- Maintain detailed order documentation and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with finance to process invoices and manage payment discrepancies
- Develop and implement order management workflows to enhance efficiency
- Act as primary point of contact for order-related customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or customer service roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and order management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
