Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor order status reports and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, and shipping logistics via email or chat.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing proactive solutions to complex order-related concerns.
  • Execute quality assurance checks on all processed transactions to meet departmental KPIs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal order management workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Data Entry roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a WFH setup with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and new software tools.
