Adecco is partnering with a prestigious global semiconductor equipment manufacturer to recruit a high-caliber Order Management Executive for an exciting 1-year contract opportunity located in Singapore's thriving West Region.
In this business-critical role, you will play an essential part in the customer fulfillment cycle, managing end-to-end sales order processing, shipment orchestration, and global backlog resolution. Working within a fast-paced and high-tech manufacturing environment, you will leverage SAP ERP to drive delivery accuracy and exceed customer expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing and tracking within SAP ERP, ensuring high accuracy and strict compliance with corporate policies.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external logistics providers, freight forwarders, and shipping teams to schedule timely international deliveries.
- Proactively monitor and manage the order backlog, identifying potential supply constraints and collaborating with production planning to mitigate delays.
- Act as the primary customer fulfillment contact, providing regional stakeholders with transparent updates on order and delivery statuses.
- Prepare, verify, and archive essential shipping and commercial documentation, ensuring adherence to global import/export regulations.
- Resolve billing and invoicing discrepancies quickly by partnering with regional finance and accounts receivable teams.
- Participate in periodic process-improvement reviews to enhance efficiency within the regional supply chain and order-to-cash workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in order management, customer fulfillment, or international logistics.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP (specifically SD or MM modules) is required.
- Strong knowledge of international trade concepts, freight documentation, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under tight timelines.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is a significant advantage.
