Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end spare parts order fulfillment process for semiconductor industry clients
- Coordinate backlog management to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records in the SAP system
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Handle customer escalations and resolve order-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Generate regular reports on order status, backlog levels, and shipment tracking
- Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or customer service role
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for order processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and escalations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
