Leadership Opportunity: Order Management / Fulfillment Supervisor

As the cornerstone of our B2B client experience, you will bridge the gap between sales ambition and logistical reality. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, acting as the primary escalation point for account inquiries and service recovery. Your role is critical to maintaining the trust of our distributors and retail partners.
Impact and Scope:
This position offers significant influence over our operational KPIs. You will analyze complex data sets to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and streamline workflows. By implementing robust SOPs and leveraging your expertise in ERP systems (like SAP), you will enhance order accuracy and reduce turnaround times.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire order-to-fulfillment lifecycle for key B2B accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact, handling complex inquiries, product information, and service requests.
- Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehousing, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of order management associates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and order accuracy.
- Generate and analyze fulfillment reports to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in order management, fulfillment, or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in Pasig City (full-time, on-site).
