Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely processing and shipment of customer orders.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and efficient dispatch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for order status updates, handling customer inquiries and resolving delivery issues.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide regular reports to management regarding stock movement and potential shortages.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline order workflows and identify process improvements.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity within the ERP or order management software.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or relevant logistics software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual tasks.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes within the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
