Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage end-to-end customer orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain real-time order tracking systems and update status information
- Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to optimize order workflows
- Generate daily/weekly order reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in order management or logistics support
- Proficiency in order management software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills for order-related challenges
