Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage end-to-end sample and evaluation product requests from US healthcare clients
- Verify order details, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to guarantee timely order fulfillment
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding order status, updates, and resolution of inquiries
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and fulfillment challenges
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize delivery timelines and costs
- Maintain and update order management systems with real-time data and client feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or healthcare logistics
- Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex multi-step processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with international clients
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, FDA) preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
