Tanggung Jawab
- Design, document, and maintain comprehensive Order to Cash process workflows across the entire lifecycle.
- Perform regular data audits and process health checks to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for O2C operations and prepare reports for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and enhance overall customer experience.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal teams regarding updated procedures and compliance standards.
- Ensure full alignment between local process execution and global corporate governance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in O2C process analysis, accounting, or supply chain operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process mapping and workflow design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to global operational requirements.
