Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in deck operations, maintenance, and repair of vessel equipment
- Participate in cargo loading/unloading operations for bulk carriers
- Stand watch duties and perform routine safety inspections
- Operate deck machinery under supervision (winches, cranes, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of deck areas and superstructures
- Respond to emergency situations and participate in drills
- Assist in mooring, anchoring, and vessel maneuvering procedures
- Monitor and report vessel systems performance to senior officers
Kualifikasi
- Valid Seafarer's Employment Agreement (SEA) certification
- STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) compliance
- Physical fitness and ability to work in harsh maritime conditions
- Knowledge of basic seamanship and deck operations
- Experience with cargo handling equipment preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and situational awareness
- Willingness to work extended periods at sea
