Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving organizational transformation? Our client is seeking a dynamic Organisation Change Management Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their consulting team based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping organizations navigate complex transitions, ensuring that people, processes, and technology align seamlessly for long-term success.
As a Change Management expert, you will be responsible for assessing current-state operations, designing robust change strategies, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure high levels of adoption. You will partner closely with leadership teams to bridge the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution, managing resistance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Assess the current state of the organization to identify change readiness and potential risks.
- Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies and roadmaps.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement communication plans that effectively articulate the vision of change.
- Design training programs to upskill employees and support smooth transitions.
- Monitor change effectiveness through KPIs and feedback loops, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with HR and project management teams to integrate change management into the broader project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in organizational transformation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in management consulting or internal change management roles.
- Proven track record in delivering successful large-scale organizational change projects.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to organizational dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification in Change Management is highly desirable.
