Vita Shopindo is a fast-growing company currently seeking a dedicated Organization Development (OD) Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the architect of our organizational effectiveness, playing a critical part in shaping our company culture, performance systems, and talent development roadmaps.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain the company's Performance Management System, including KPI and OKR frameworks.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide actionable insights for management.
- Analyze HR data to identify organizational trends, skill gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to restructure workflows and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Lead talent development programs and succession planning initiatives to support leadership pipeline growth.
- Facilitate change management processes during organizational transitions and restructuring.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to OD functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or HR Consulting.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) and HRIS software.
- Deep understanding of KPI/OKR methodology and performance appraisal systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
