Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement organizational development strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses across departments
- Develop and execute employee training and development programs
- Facilitate change management initiatives during organizational transitions
- Create and maintain organizational charts and workflow documentation
- Measure program effectiveness through KPIs and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with HR on talent management and succession planning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development roles
- Certification in organizational development or change management preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with organizational assessment tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in HRIS and development program software
