Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement organizational development programs and training initiatives
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels
- Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend strategies for improvement
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with department heads to align development initiatives with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training and development is preferred
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based recommendations
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
