Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive organizational structures and job descriptions to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system to ensure organizational goals are cascaded effectively across all departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance excellence.
- Conduct thorough organizational needs assessments and propose structural improvements or workforce planning initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and business data to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and business growth.
- Ensure all job documentation remains compliant with company standards and evolving labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or Performance Management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in managing BSC and KPI systems.
- Proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation methods, and organizational design principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
