Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis (TNA) across various departments to identify performance gaps.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules, workshops, and development programs.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, assessments, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with department heads to support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation to ensure organizational compliance.
- Drive organizational change initiatives through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development roles.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
