Tanggung Jawab
- Design and customize orthotic insoles using specialized 3D modelling and CAD software.
- Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to fabricate high-precision orthotic products.
- Interpret medical prescriptions and technician notes to ensure accuracy in custom designs.
- Perform quality control inspections on all finished goods to ensure adherence to orthopaedic standards.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate production equipment for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to refine designs based on specific patient feedback or physical assessments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment compliant with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in orthotic fabrication, CNC machining, or a related technical manufacturing role.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (experience with 3D modelling tools is highly preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate precision industrial machinery.
- Basic understanding of anatomy, specifically regarding foot mechanics, is a distinct advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, precision-based tasks accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Completion of a technical or vocational course in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
