Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily OSH inspections and monitoring at poultry processing facilities
- Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and internal safety policies
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Implement risk assessment protocols and control measures
- Deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Maintain accurate OSH documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate with external authorities on regulatory matters
- Develop and update emergency response procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in OSH (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or DOSH-approved)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing safety roles
- Knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act 1994 and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical skills for hazard identification and risk assessment
- Experience developing safety training programs and materials
- Proficiency in OSH software and incident reporting systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
