Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and design comprehensive OSH training modules and programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions as a Resource Speaker to employees and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace.
- Ensure strict compliance with local OSH regulations and government standards.
- Create and update safety manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans.
- Investigate workplace accidents or incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Promote a safety-conscious culture through regular safety campaigns and awareness programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid OSH Practitioner Certificate or License (e.g., from OSHC or DOLE-accredited institutions).
- Proven experience in delivering safety training programs or acting as a Resource Speaker.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
