As an OSP Designer, you will play a crucial role in planning and designing Outside Plant infrastructure for telecommunications networks. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and draft Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure including fiber optic networks, cable routes, and support structures
- Create detailed technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and specialized design software
- Conduct site surveys and field assessments to gather necessary design parameters
- Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate OSP designs into larger network projects
- Perform design reviews and modifications based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for OSP infrastructure components
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in OSP design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunications) or related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in OSP design or telecommunications engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with demonstrable portfolio of technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of OSP components, fiber optic systems, and network infrastructure
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., NESC, IEC) and local regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in design documentation
- Ability to interpret complex project requirements and translate into practical designs
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
