Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement OSP fiber optic networks following industry standards and project specifications
- Install, splice, and test fiber optic cables for optimal network performance
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical documentation including as-built drawings
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of OSP infrastructure
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of network deployments
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate field operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of OSP engineering experience with fiber optic networks
- Proficiency in fiber optic splicing, fusion splicing, and OTDR testing
- Knowledge of OSP design software and industry standards (IEC, ANSI)
- Strong analytical skills for network optimization and fault resolution
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in fiber optic technology (CFOS/CFOT) preferred
