Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project rollout activities for fiber optic infrastructure projects.
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments to determine route viability and technical feasibility.
- Validate fiber optic implementation plans and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Monitor daily progress on site, identifying bottlenecks and implementing immediate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure projects meet timeline and quality KPIs.
- Prepare accurate technical reports and documentation for project audits and management reviews.
- Ensure all OSP construction activities comply with local government and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in OSP engineering or telecommunications infrastructure rollout.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic network architecture, design, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and mapping tools (e.g., Google Earth, AutoCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle on-site technical issues under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage third-party contractors.
- Ability to travel within Metro Manila for site visits and coordination meetings.
