We are seeking a skilled and proactive OSS Engineer to join our dynamic team at Vcustomer Philippines, Inc. In this part-time role, you will play a critical part in supporting OSS integration across our diverse systems and applications. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge in Linux, Splunk, Nagios, and Solaris to ensure the stability and performance of our network infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Support OSS integration across all systems and applications to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and health using Splunk and Nagios dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Linux and Solaris server anomalies promptly.
- Manage and configure network monitoring alerts and notifications.
- Collaborate with the IT operations team to improve system reliability and uptime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and incident reports.
- Conduct regular audits of monitoring tools and logs to identify potential risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Linux and Solaris operating systems.
- Proficiency in Splunk for log analysis, correlation, and monitoring.
- Experience with Nagios or similar network monitoring and alerting tools.
- Part-time availability to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for reporting technical status to stakeholders.
