Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential and existing clients to drive engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NZ clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer database records.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve client issues effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in outbound sales or account management.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently in a remote WFH environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
