As an Outbound B2B Agent, you will be responsible for connecting with business decision-makers, presenting our products and services, and driving sales growth. You will be part of a supportive and high-energy environment where your success is celebrated.

Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate outbound calls to potential B2B clients and introduce the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure long-term partnership.
- Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to match their requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately record and update client information in CRM systems.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Must be willing to work in Cebu City, on-site.
