- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified business leads
- Strategically navigate gatekeepers and decision-makers across organizations
- Conduct structured pre-qualification assessments using established scripts
- Deliver detailed product/service information to prospective clients
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet/exceed daily call volume and conversion targets
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during client conversations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of B2B sales or outbound calling experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Target-driven mindset with proven results
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
