- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and digital outreach
- Present company solutions to key decision-makers in target industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with team to develop effective sales strategies
- Document client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of B2B sales or outbound calling experience preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus)
